Depends, if you have a web-enabled cellphone, and are paying for the web, you can probably email yourself the picture, and just download it that way. If not, probably not. You might be able to do it through text messaging. There are a few companys(Google is one of them) that offer free PC to Cell text messaging, but I doubt they off any image options.
