I heard there's a new OS coming out called Long Horn,but I don't know much about it.Maybe if someone could post a few screenshots/links?

That be the codename name. It is now called "Vista" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_Vista . There pretty much all the info need to know and more!
