Well,I was usind spybot S&D to remove spyware off my computer.I found over 200(Not an exagerration) of registry files infected.As sonn as I pressed clean,the my cmputer icon turned into...well....nothing...and it was renamed to "folder" instead of "My Computer".Anyways.I instatntly rebooted the computer,and as it went past the windows logo loading screen so the welcome screen could come up,it didn't.Instead of the welcome screen,there was an empty welcome screen background.It took me four days to find the Windows OS CD that my Manufacturer(Dell) gave to me.I repaired my windows and everything's fine now,even better that before actually,except for one thing.The computer keeps the telling me my version of windows is NOT GENUINE!!But I got the CD from Dell!!wtf???I tried contacting dell but they won't accept my Service Tag!!

I would call dell and give them the computers info and ask them if they have it in there computers if they say yes. Then I ask them for a replacement copy of the windows backup thingy or w/e....
If they want money you say well you see the thing is I HAVE A COPY of the one you people SENT me and well both your idiots in tech support and over at microsoft are saying ITS NOT VALID so I would think it only be right if you sent me a new one free.
^ Most of the time this works for me when I need hardware switched or something... :P So like good luck :P That or get linux... :P
