A math teacher teaching little annoying kids. He needs some way to take away the stress. I wouldn't doubt if atleast half my elementary school teachers were on hard drugs.
|
I know my commercial art teacher was!
I even know she bought from some of the students in the art class. =P |
I once had a teacher arrested for sleeping with a student. It caused a lot of drama, of course.
I wonder if he graded her on her performance. :) |
Hah... oh, man. That's both funny and slightly scary at the same time.
Hmm, I wonder which of my lecturers are on drugs... Hydrocrush wrote: D.A.R.E ? |
Otherwise known as the handbook for kids who are looking to get into drug abuse...lol
It's been a long time since I was in D.A.R.E. (I used to have the little "D.A.R.E. Graduate" bumper sticker somewhere!), but if I remember correctly, a lot of the information given was along the lines of "if you do this drug, you'll get this effect" and "it generally takes this certain dosage to have an effect" and "such and such chemicals can be huffed" and so on... I'm surprised it never gave out the list of household items needed to start up a meth lab...lol |
A teacher at my high school was fired and thrown in jail for sleeping with a student. I was friend's with the brother of the chick that was sleeping with the teacher, and he told me he didn't really care and called his sister a few choice words. Haha. I don't know. I've always thought the guidance counselors at my old high school were on drugs...they probably were.

Teacher at my old school had a relationship (and probably slept) with a student. Nobody could ever prove anything and I think he's now the head of education for England (or something similar). =/
|
Two teachers at my old school were arrested for that in the last 2 years, and I was at a small school with 22 teachers.
I think thats quite strange. |

Wait, do you mean South America, or the Southern United States of America? You kinda need to be more specific...
I live in Southern USA and most schools have a decent number of teachers. I was in the smallest high-school of my county and it had around 1,000 students. The mid-west of the USA has a lot more small schools, because some areas have almost no population. The south is actually pretty crowed, even in the boondocks (Middle-O-Nowhere). No we, at least my state, does have sub-par education. Normally steming in underfunded education and over funded sports. |
I meant Texas. =P
lol @ small schools filled with paedophile teachers Or something I don't really it. You're meant to poke fun at the south of the US, right? =S |
Well, Texas is actually a highly populated state. And I consider it part of the Mid-West, but they call themselves Southern... meh.
Yeah, making fun of the south is the pass-time of any American not from the south. I live in the south, but I am not from here, so I make fun of it. I was actually born in boring old Oklahoma, just north of Texas. I never had a teacher get arrested, but I did know of a few that where told to quit or get fired. Normally for small things like being lazy or letting students get away with too much(There where some students that let kids walk the halls and whatnot if they don't have anything to do). |
Well, better that they're taught about the effects and consequences, rather than just trying stuff and seeing what happens. At least they're a bit less likely to kill themselves this way.

Yeah, making fun of the south is the pass-time of any American not from the south. And also of non-Americans! A quote I made earlier this year, for instance: "I say that they should post an eloquently worded warning for every smart person to evacuate Florida. Every stupid person wouldn't understand. Then comes the carpet bombing." --JT |
