I've got one that (until a few months ago) was next to empty for years. There's no monthly fees or anything like that. I don't think you need one for Lulu but it's nice to have one sitting there already setup just in case you ever do need it.

They'll send a check at certain predefined intervals after a certain earning threshold ($5 I think) is reached.
