Whenever I visit a website that has flash on it, there will be a chance that my computer just completely crashes.

This has only started happening since I installed my video card, which is a Nvidia GeForce FX 5200. I'm pretty sure I have the right plugins and everything; I just can't figure it out.

Please help, thanks.
Flash doesn't have hardware excelleration support, but obviously since it started happening after you added it we'll have to assume it's related to the card.

Got the latest, correct drivers installed for your card? Try that first.

Then try reinstalling flash- clicky.

Then test if it's installed properly here: clicky (this uses flash to detect it, so obviously be warned, your computer might completely crash).

Other than that man, I don't really know how to help. Try googling for similar cases of crashes.
Now that I think of it, a guy at work was having this problem(Embeded YouTube videos seemed to trigger it). We fixed it by turning down hardware acceleration(Seems like 2 notches worked).

Rightclick on your desktop>Properties>Settings>Advanced>Trouble Shooting then movew the slider.
Thanks both of you, it appears to work now.

if youre turning down hardware acceleration it's very likely a driver issue
