Zuh? I'm positive I reported this some time ago, but I never got any response.

"Use the support form," no response, then it's repeated on the forum and told to use the support form but it gets further anyway? :|

For the purposes of the BYOND channels, fan games are considered to be games based on someone else's copyrighted material. It is illegal and wrong to make money off of someone else's copyrighted material, so the FanGames channel will not include any such game that tries to charge.



Just the fangames channel? I know that isn't true (Since the bloody thing is dead anyway) but I hope that can't be exploited.

Not just the FanGames channel. That's not an exclusive statement. It's talking about the FanGames channel because that's the topic at hand. The principle applies more generally as well.

You'll have to take that up with the owner. The only thing Nadrew did was place it in the Unpublished section and sent an email explaining why to the owner.

They are technically the same. Making money and subscription to fan games... they both involve money, and they both mean getting your ass whooped.
