Sterns are fine when to raw power I suppose Although the machine guns fire extremely quick and does a large amount of damage, a nerf to the damage would be nice maybe.
The main nerf I see is the stats they steal from others. They seem to steal about 2% of stats from the people they kill while the emperor is on which doesn't seem bad. Over time it is bad and gets worse,10 kills is 20% of your permanent stats that you worked hard for. At lower levels its fine but at higher levels its a lot of stats they steal which will take a long time to get back. If the ammount they can steal could be capped at like 10k-20k that would be a serious help since they could easily overpower the server by weakening everyone else till their stats are complete shit

The primary flaw in that logic is that Sterns also lose massive amounts of stats when they're killed. If they go around trying to "overpower the server" they'll end up weak themselves. Its all about not being so weak that you're always on the receiving end.
