Bleach: Hollow Flash

When your fighting and you obtain your shikai it forces you to stop and likely lose the battle due to having to name your zanpakuto and call right in the middle. I was thinking why not make it activate first allowing you to use it and it's powers till your reiatsu was drained which then it'd allow you to name it and set a call.
