A burden of proof which is largely negated by the fact that we know that inhaling the ashes of other substances (including organic ones) is a significant cause of cancer, and the facts already stated about the likelihood of such cases going unreported.
The fact is that we just don't know whether marijuana smoking contributes to cancer, and until we find out it is more than reasonable to treat pot smoking with caution.

It sends much much of a "WOW" message if they show the statistics of deaths related to alcohol, than the deaths related to marijuana. Why? The government says it's okay to drink, but not okay to smoke marijuana. Thanks for, once again, telling me what it's okay to do with my body. I really don't know what the world would do without your infallible standards. Again, it's no real mystery that most of the food we eat today is horribly unhealthy and what he says has perfect merit. Eating McDonalds is pleasing to the taste buds but OBVIOUSLY unhealthy for you. You can do it all you like, but that doesn't make it good for you. | |
Yeah. That'd be a good argument if it wasn't for the fact that the burden of proof rests on proving that it does.
