Hey, I recently picked up Guitar Hero II for the 360 and.. wow its fun..
This is my first guitar hero game, as It didn't really interested me until I actually Played it...
Well I have been playing it non stop almost and now my wrist is hurt and I have literally blisters on the tip of my 4 fingers that I fret with...
Good game, but it's painful lol..
Anyway, I beat career on easy, medium, and halfway done with hard...
My fav songs to play are Trogdor, Deathklok and Cherry Pie :D
Rumor going around is that redoctane may release a patch for online play. I hope so, that would be wicked sick

Guess I should have guessed...I only asked because mine ISN'T Stealth 2k, lol...and you wouldnt have been like "hmm...if its not Stealth 2k...I wonder if I put Dark in front of it...!" =P

I was going to pick it up, but well, it won't work the PS3 due to the controller incompatibility. Hopefully they will fix that in the future. Still I am not overlay impressed with the game. All it is, is dance dance revolution with a guitar instead of a dance mat.

I have Crackdown. havn't played it in a while. I need the rest of the hidden orbs...have all the agility. I have Gears of War also. I have Halo 2, but don't play it anymore. I play GH II, Gears, Crackdown and, Viva Pinata(don't laugh until you give it a try...I laughed then gave it a try) I play Most wanted to, but I'm making slow progress on that game, along with my other games.

I picked up Guitar Hero II for the xbox 360 last saturday and have been playing it to death ever since.
I have guitar hero 1, so it was really easy for me to beat easy, but I'm still working on getting the 5 stars on everything in medium achievement (got like 3 songs left). As for hard... well, it's a lot harder than GH1 :) I'm lucky if I can get four stars on some of these songs (pretty easy to not fail though). My Gamertag is Deraxian, I'm at the top of my friends' leaderboards (I have about 7.5mil career score, but for some reason it hasn't updated since last night and still shows me at like 6.3mil). Anyways, what is everyones favorite song? My favorites are Jessica, Billion Dollar Babies, Dead!, and Crazy on You. | |
Viva Pinata is a great idea done badly. It is a game that can get pretty slow and it is a game that can get old quite quickly. I also feel there are some poor design flaws in the game. especially about how the game handles the size and space on a plot of land. I mean, if a house only takes up 1 square out of 50, then why does it take more then that space? Haven't played Viva Pinata and don't know what I am talking about? Let me explain. Lets say you have a plot of land. The game grid is broken up into squares. You can drop and place things where ever you like. But your plot of land has limited space. Sure, we can understand that, but it goes by units. Lets say your Map has 12,000 units of space. Now lets say you have a house that takes up 12,000 units of space, but when you place it on the map it only takes up one square out of 100 on your plot of land. You still can't place anything else cause you used up all those units with that one house. Its totally messed up. Like if you wanted to completely fence your plot of land. Forget about it, that alone might take up more then half of your units.

Yup, it's on the PS2 and 360 version. It is a special unlock though, not one of the standard songs. Still, it is an awesome song, and actually pretty hard. Although I have no musical talent, that song makes me want to learn the git-fiddle.

Ahh..Guitar Hero 2. The one game that I can truly say I can beat 99.9 percent of people at. I've spent more time at this game than I have anything else, ever. We got Guitar Hero 1 back when it came out, and we lost the guitar controller, so we played for about 8 months with a regular controller. Then, we got the guitar controller and played until Guitar Hero 2 came out. Then, we got it. We played EVERY day until about two months ago and we slowed down. I've 5 starred every song but Jordan and Six, Six is close, but Jordan is still quite a ways away. I'm still waitin' to get it for 360. Lemme tell yeh, good times, good times. And, it's Dethklok.
