Go to your page at http://members.byond.com/Spartagus. You can also reach that by clicking on the avatar next to your name that appears in the forum, or by going to the People page and typing in your key.

Once you're at your member's page, you have the option to add a post, or to edit your site. By editing the site you can shift content around, play with the CSS, upload a new avatar, etc.

As Lummox said, go to http://members.byond.com/Spartagus and click on the edit button in the top left. Everything you can edit is there, including your favorites list.
