I dunno, if I was famous and getting sent to prison I would probably be crapping my pants pretty hard too.

She's not going to be caught in some kind of prison orgy, if that's what you mean. She's safe in a private cell.

I agree pretty much entirely with Crispy and Lummox JR.

If anyone wanted my honest opinion as to how the sheriff managed to get her out of jail temporarily, I imagine she made certain offers, either sexually or financially, and based on her reaction for going back to jail I imagine she already exchanged some or all of the offer and felt like she'd been double-crossed.

Obviously pure and groundless opinion, but that's my take.

And by private cell you mean a small almost empty room that's normally used to further punish prisoners. She probably received a few things because she's in there for protection not punishment, but it's still built for punishment.
To me the very idea that I have to be kept separate from everyone else in the prison for my own safety is pretty scary.

I wouldn't imagine her having much of a role in it. She wouldn't know who to ask or what to ask them, and being stuck in a cell she wouldn't have had access to most people. Her lawyers probably knew who to talk to. Everything I've ever heard her say shows that she's not smart enough to think this up by herself.

First off, and image that makes me giggle with glee:

"A judge has ordered Paris Hilton returned to jail to serve out her 45-day sentence for a probation violation. She was taken from court screaming "It's not right!" The frenzy over Hilton's jail status began Thursday when sheriff's officials released her because of an undisclosed medical condition and sent her home under house arrest."

Am I the only one who thinks she was detoxing? That is the only explanation. Reports in the news stated she was crying, couldn't eat and it was always freezing cold. That screaming "I need my drugs!" to me.

And as for her, let her rot.

Really? I thought that was the best part.

I have mixed feelings for the person that let her out under house arrest. Sure they did let her out, but that also got her the full sentence and crushed her even more emotionally by being sent back in.

Life is sometimes mean and hard. For me, it's currently now.
