What? Who? Where? There was a Pet Duck 1? Blah. Anyways. I don't just do the whole byond coding deal. I branch out. Infact, I started in gamemaker... it receives open criticism here. Its not that hard to use, people just don't have the attention span.I wasn't exactly sure where to put this because its not a byond creation so I can't technically put it in the creation section Anyways....
Pet Duck 2:Pet Bunny!(Still in early beta)
At this moment all I've done is changed the graphics a little bit and added in a wood chipper death device, thats not important. Pet Bunny is going to have alot of fun features for torturing the poor Bunnies who never did anything to you ever. It might make your girlfriend cry(If you have one) so don't let her watch you play it.

Don't forget to check out the first Pet Duck(which is totally the same game at this point =\) at my website:

The following is in the event of pressing left in another game I am making, the two snippet images are two pieces of code in the overall code.

I think you just like killing baby rabbits, then make up the story about bunny behavioural habbits later. >=|

But thats the point... Its just supposed to be mindless fun, If I wanted to make a life simulator I would sure as hell leave out rabbits.

<s>Seriously though, its just supposed to be mindless fun. I can make a cultured game if I wanted to, I'm just incredibly lazy and don't have the time. If you think its so cruel to kill virtual rabbits then obviously you don't play enough Mortal Kombat.</s>
I interpreted the last post wrong >_> <_< Shh... |
Your bunny game reminds me of a game called Desktop Destroy. Meh, your game is so so in my opinion; mainly because its pretty small..0_0 Deskto Destroy had you destroying chickens with metal balls, rocket launchers, dynamite, timed bombs, flamethrowers and more but all on your desktop. It was definitely cool. :D

I'm just saying, it's not fun. Baldies was basically a game about running innocent little guys into a variety of untimely demises, but it had a point to it, an objective. Mortal Kombat was violent, but the violence was part of a game.
I'm just suggesting that you do more with it. |
If you want to turn this into more of a game, you might consider a few things about bunnies:
1. Male Rabbit + Male Rabbit + Confined Space = Male Rabbit + Confined Space : Rabbits kill each other. They are very territorial, and the little scene you've got going on in those screenshots would be a bloodbath.
2. Male Rabbit + Female Rabbit + Confined Space = Male Rabbit + Female Rabbit + Confined Space : Rabbits multiply quickly, but they care more about mating than reproducing. The male will kill the young so it can mate with the female again. Additionally, if a female feels like it can't care for it's young, it will eat them.
Perhaps considering the gender of your rabbits could yield a somewhat deeper simulation here than just "killing things because violence is cool".
