DATA IS GIVING OUR game out when its not his game

we let data hlep us but now he was fired so he is giving our game we worked hard on out to the public but up loading it to byond i would like something done about it plz

This isn't anything to do with us lot.

It's entirely your problem- if you don't want your game's source spread, don't give it out to someone you don't trust. If you're totally paranoid, don't give it out to anybody.
