I notice that when I install some old games (like Windows 95-old) they install into a folder -- no matter how I type it -- named in all caps. Is it okay to rename the folder to have corret capitalization ("Command and Conquer" instead of "COMMAND AND CONQUER") so that it matches the scheme of the rest of the computer or must I format my computer and install everything into folders with all caps so that there's no weirdness?
(Just by the way, I realize that renaming it from "Command and Conquer" to "Death Rally" will probably screw with stuff, and I also don't intent to reformat :O)

I believe that was back when they had DOS, and back in DOS, you couldn't have spaces inbetween folder name.

you can completely rename it, but as for the shortcut on the desktop, u may delete it completely, and just right click the icon in the folder after, and make a new shortcut to it.
as for online patches installing, it will ask u the directory for it, so it dont matter. |
