Yes. As the documentation is currently limited however, it is largely intended as a test version to work out any kinks. Eventually there will be a full release with full documentation.

Without the documentation I wouldn't bother. It's not the hardest stuff to understand but there's a lot of new stuff going on that you should really learn from a reliable source. There are a lot of points where just feeling your way through it will result in you missing learning something valuable.
You're better off waiting for the documentation to go with it. That way you'll learn about everything that it has to offer and how to do it all the right way. | |
Because they have been carrot sticking it for a long time. I remember last January(2006) Tom saying something along the lines of 'We should have a something out next month'. But that might have been 2005 and regarding 3.5. I can't remember.
