I'm trying to make a flash game with the program mentioned in the title, Macromedia Flash MX, and I am having trouble finding a free tutorial on how to do the stuff I need the game to do.

I already have the character moving from left to right (side scrolling game), but I need help to make him jump and NOT fall through the ground.

I also need help making the enemy have AI, so it will walk around randomly and attack the player when they get too close.

Could someone help me?

I could use either the actual code, or a tutor. Either would be fine (preferably a tutor).
