I just got used to it i downloaded and installed it earlier today and it is awesome! This might be given the "Rippers" an idea but oh well, Using the Alpha i can make a more real looking Instant Transmission or Translocation <---- Canada style And after image. This is one cool Feature and i also LOVE! the skin use i am making one right now . Also i just notice you can now make a Ghost for bleach or rpg look more realistic.

Has anyone else figured out how to this useful and wonderful addition to Dream maker?
These uses are quite obvious enough that you don't need to worry about people "stealing" your ideas, I'm afraid. Incidentally people who've requested transparency have already though of all that.

Another use could be invisibility/cloaking/hiding. Though you need to worry about people with OpenGL off for that kinda uses.

Not if you use a workaround to force players to have OpenGL enabled: make a 1% transparent black icon and put it on areas! It'll make the screen black for those who have OpenGL disabled. :)

Yeah, i love 4.0 transparencys aswell as the frame delaying.

Ive gotten the hang of it, i learned how to fade out whatever i made transparent, so thats really awesome. Check my blog to see a Kamehameha i made for my game. The light charging around is transparent. Ive made alot of nice transparencies aswell, such as auras (now they really look like they came out of the anime), after images and what not.
I've found a use for it as well.
Lets just finalize this and say... everyone who had to use dithering in 3.5.
I'm not going to upgrade to 4.0 until I'm outmoded >=o! LONG LIVE 3.5!!!!!!!!
