The Soul King could be set up like the Captain Commander where you interact with it to kill him instead of attacking him, where double clicking him prompts a popup to ask if the player is sure they want to do this. If a Royal Guard member chooses yes when the prompt comes up they will have the oken stripped from their bones along with all of their ranks before being killed.
