Don't post a video. TELL us how to access it, that way we can confirm its nonexistence ourselves.
That ASCII Starwars that you access with Telnet? That didn't come with Windows, it uses a program that comes with Windows to connect to a server which then loads it.
Microsoft didn't make it, and you can access it from any system that has a telnet program. Please stop now, your stupidity is REALLY painful.

actually, the first programs ever made was not created using some kind of program creator software, because the game creation thing had to first be built...
so how do you think that was made??? not magic.... and so they had to use a harder coding language, COMPUTER LANGUAGE... |

im gonna make it soon, but still, yah, the first program wasnt created using another program, so i meen really, there are other ways to code programs, such as coding in computer language.

actually it does exist, and i have opened it already, but it works on a very weird coding basis, i think they use this one to make programs such as wordpad and things/etc after the main system was created, but yea, it exists. Windows has VBS and Bat scripting built in but it certainly does not have a full blown programming language built in. You are wrong and unless you can prove otherwise you are talking absolute crap. I'm doing a CS Degree so I'd know if there was a programming language built into windows. |

Batch files can't even be considered scripting and I doubt they're intended to be; they're basically just the regular command executing of the command prompted with 4 added features: if statement, goto&labels (actually overused and not for loops), string variables and a handful of operators and extra commands, and so is ill-equipped. Windows ~XP improved it a bit, but you still need quite a lot of workarounds for things such as checking if a variable is empty, or for slightly complicated loops. Also the command processor reads the lines in real-time (apparently it keeps opening and closing them...) and so is quite slow, and if you're testing and modifying your file in the same time you can get funny results. xD I'm doing a CS Degree so I'd know if there was a programming language built into windows. *NOT NECESSARILY har har. @super sily sturt: whar wut iz up w/ ur vido? |

He might be talking about Python. Because it came with a few versions of Windows pre-installed. I am not sure about Windows XP because I really don't give a damn.
By the way moderators, do you really think people mocking someone on the forums is a good way to use forum space? |

I treat Vista as I would any other piece of new software, with great caution. Though Vista has a lot of fatal flaws; the support and know-how to get it allow it to be one of the most successful Operating Systems in the business sense. As far as the actual usage. I see it as a paranoid Windows-XP with new clothes. Most of it is just eye-candy which is what seems to be the "in" thing. I will neither condone nor support the use of any specific OS. I think that we should just go with whatever OS we choose. |

It's called 'machine code'.
You are not programming in machine code, I can pretty much guarantee it. Maybe assembler, but I don't think Windows comes with an assembler built-in. Probably just whatever pre-installed version of windows he got came with Visual Basic or something. |

---also i know many other things in windows that is here that nobody really knows about, such as a hidden star wars video made completely with text, and it came with windows xp....
