Bleach: Hollow Flash

Since every zanpakuto doesn't have getsuga tenshou every zanpakuto wouldn't have the same final bankai. so i was thinking why not add every zanpakuto have it's own final bankai which may combine the skills of both the bankai and the shikai to form one ultimate skill like:

Sui Feng - Maybe speedy explosive attacks

Hanataro Yamada - healing the user for the damage they deal to others with their attack

Ichibei Hyosube - all that ink is now forming words which are firing off word/letters with each attack

Rukia Kuchiki - just frozen, everything thats attacked with it is like being attacked at -273 degrees while the user feels no damage from it also freezing anything within a 2 tile radius

So forth and so on, you probably get my point by now each zanpakuto getting it's own final bankai and possibly its only final bankai look as well.
