Implementing this feature is not possible now or in the foreseeable future
The ability to buy guild houses if you are a guild leader would be cool, int he house you could drop guild things that you'd buy from a guild shop somewhere maybe. Accessible by those within the guild and who ever the leader of the guild adds to the guild houses allowed list
