Rugg	It means whoever is hosting the game you're trying to get in Pager-banned you.

It seems the BYOND Hub likes the save information on the pagerban list, presumably to use the same list if you login on another computer.

When your computer can't contact the BYOND Hub to relay the changes (in this case removing you from your friends' pagerban list) it will only store this locally.

It may be that you can't login because the BYOND Hub mistakenly thinks you're pagerbanned.

What I'm trying to say with this theory is that your friend should try banning & unbanning you again to see if that helps.

Of course, your friend may also have lied to you, not unbanning you but saying he did, presumably so you'd shut up about wanting to get unbanned or something or to remain friends.

Jamesburrow	Ive seen multiple cases where old pager bans decide to re-assert themselves, so yeah, this seems a strong possibility.
