My BYOND messed up a few days ago so I uninstalled it and tried to reinstall. I clicked download and waited. The download window popped up so I waited a few seconds and it stayed on 0% complete. Another window popped up on the download window. It said:
Internet Explorer cannot download byond_355.exe from games.byond.com.

Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet site. The requested site is either jnavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later.

So, I tried downloading 4.0 and it did the same, I thought it was just BYOND acting up again so I went to another site and tried to download another program and it did the same.

All I did before this started happening was delete a few files but they were all byond files. I turned my popup blocker on, and I acidentally deleted my Internet Explorer icon from my desktop and can't put it back. My recycle bin won't show icons anymore either and it says its full but I can't delete or restore anything in it.

I just need help.

Sometimes your computer will create a restore point - When you use that restore point, it restores all the registry files and etc to the way they were when it made the point, making it as if nothing that happened to the computer after that point had ever happened.

In other words, you're dense, you need to RTFM, and you should ask for help on another forum.

All I need is step by step instructions to fix it, then I'm gone away from the forums forever :D

Erm... it's like a time machine that sends your computer back to the past...

Some people hae already given you tips on restoring your computer. There are no practical 'step-by-step' because we have no clue about your system setup.

Trying googling Microsoft for 'system restore point', or something similar.

I tried..But..I have no system restore points

Then you will have to do something else.

You now have two options.
1) Do a full system restore ((IE, reinstall Windows))
2) Do a partial system restore ((Keeps the files and stuff, but wipes your programs and registry entries))

Depending on the specific make of your computer, you might only be able to do option 1. So, call the manufacturers customer service if you're still under warranty, if not look around online and you might have to purchase a restore CD.
