No what makes you hated is the fact you love your PS3 so much it blinds you to anything else.

Why yes, I will admit that everytime I see its shiny blackness I drool. That is aparently a problem. In any case, I refuse to admit that I am a single minded Sony drone >=\. I'm still mourning the death of my DS ;_;(Death by my room being too cold and the screen reacting by breaking D:) That and well... I'd get a 360 if I didn't already know that I can play half of its games on the Pc o.o. Yeah, I'll admit its expensive to upgrade a pc but I got a job now~ So yay for me :D!... Or something like that. And the Wii IS fun... when you're not alone. If you disagree fine but its more a social console than anything for me. Which is why I don't have one yet. BUT I HAVE IT ALL PLANNED OUT. YOU SHALL SEE... or something like that.

Whatever you want, I don't care. The Nintendo DS, was a good idea, but I didn't like how the games were handled. For a system that is like $150.00 there was a sever lack of 3D games. Way too many 2D games that couldn't keep my attention.
I tried moving over to the Sony PSP, but it was not only more expensive, but I still didn't like the games for it. Sweet, now the games are in awesome 3D, but the loading times suck and I still don't enjoy playing over 90% of the library. I like the Xbox 360 because all I have to do is buy the game and put it in. The cost of Xbox Live doesn't bother me because I don't normally play online games unless it is a MMO or some sort. With the silver account you can still get messages and stuff. For the most part the only thing you can't do is play some games online. I am going to get a PS3 eventually, once the price drops even more. In all honesty I don't know where Sony gets off removing the PS1/PS2 emulation in the cheaper models. Everyone and their grandmother is doing playback compatibility now. I think it is just a Sony tactic to force people into buying the more expensive models. As far as the Nintendo Wii goes, I guess it really depends on the user. Games like Legend of Zelda are fine to be played by yourself. And Wii Sports has a lot of single player events, like training and Mii Fitness. I know even if I don't have anyone around to play, I do the Mii Fitness once each day to try to get my Mii's age down. Saying that it is simply a social gaming system is a little ignorant to say the least. |
