I really don't think your an Inc.
Read up on it: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Incorporation_%28business%29

Especially since your using a free forum :P
Also since 3D MMORPGs even for large companies take years to build.. you get my point.

Your thinking too big.

We are not an incorporated organization, rather, a company; but we do have plans and money to grow our organization into a 3D mmorpg development company. We would appreciate it if you could assist us, or even, visit our page. Currently, since it is an independent project, we are not paying for much but we are converting all of our data and updating our forum/site to a more appropriate host shortly.

Warmest regards,
Hinata Prime

Unless you're incorporated, it is illegal to append your name with "Inc.", under international law. As well, this is the wrong forums for this, because 1) I believe this is only for BYOND-related things, and 2) a concept is not a creation.

Pardon me for not explaining earlier.

1.) Our title is a company title, we just use Incorporated as a name not as a titled. {Our company's founder believed it sounded more appropriate.}

2.) We are not a concept. There is a working Alpha Client available for download. :)

Sorry for not explaining earlier.

Warmest regards,
Hinata Prime

Congratulations. That does not change the fact that it is illegal.

I do, in fact, stress the idea that it is merely a title. This is a corporation and will be labeled as such.

Sorry for any confusion.

You are no more a corporation than you are a police officer or an astronaut. Legalities aside (because no one's going to prosecute you for calling yourself "Whatever Inc" unless you start committing fraud under the moniker), you're more than welcome to call yourself whatever you like.

Your error lies in the fact that you aren't ACTUALLY a corporation, no matter how much you claim otherwise. If you were a real gaming company, you'd be legally recognized by some official entity. In all likelihood, you're just a pair (or group) of kids who decided they wanted to form a project team and pretend to be professional game developers.

In all honesty, friend, it is quite the contrary. We are working on establishing a successful business.

Thank you once again for your kindness.

Working on? So you already have a tax ID? You're already recognized as a legitimate business in the eyes of your government?

If so, then sure, we're all mistaken. If you're still "in the process", though, you aren't actually a business just yet and you can't call yourself one in all honesty.

Really? Because all I see, is a forum with a lot of artwork and talk. I have yet to see any sort of product deliver.
In response to Massivepwn
Perhaps you have other keys. If so I apologize. I'm normally more polite.

However, it appears as if you joined the forums, kept silent for a couple months, and then did nothing but spam ads to an unrelated game site. Either return the favor with BYOND ads plastered all over your site or get the frell out of here.

Thank you for your kindness, you net-etiquette impaired poser.
In response to ACWraith
That is fine. Say as you will. I do not have to respond negatively to negative feedback. You all, unfortunately, do not fully understand the situation. I am aware, however, that I did post many ads. As such, I do allow and tell my users to visit the BYOND forums quite often. See for yourself. :)

Now, let's not be hypocritical here.

Once again, I apologize for any inconveniences or misunderstandings.

Thanks for your blip-vert. When you have progressed beyond your 2D alpha client, you can announce again.
