OK, so I just got a new Micro Laser mouse. The problem I am having is that the mouse wheel won't scroll the way I want it to work is that I when I am on a web page and move it up or down it scrolls the page. The problem is that it does nothing unless I click it and I want it to do it without clicking it. I have installed the software and tried messing with it but don't know what to do. I am on Windows XP and I would like to know if anyone has any idea what to do>?
