MYSQL remote connection?

Vermolius	Anyone know of a web host that will allow me to remotely connect to a MYSQL database that they are hosting. All the web hosts I've used or looked into don't allow this. I know it's due to security issues but was wondering if it were possible anywhere.

Some webhosts allow you to set your Remote MySQL database. I think hostmonster.com is one of them. I've seen the option in the Control Panel, but I've never really looked into it.

<s>Chances are there's a free SQL database host out there somewhere. I seem to recall one being spoken about. I'll see if I can hunt the link down for you.</s>

[Update]
"Digibase" was the one I was thinking of. I don't know anything about it though. Give it a looking and see if it does what you need.

PirateHead	My web host (http://www.nearlyfreespeech.net) allows remote connections to MySQL -- they allow pretty much everything, since you can use SSH on their servers. Not to mention, they are one of the cheapest and most awesome web hosts I've ever seen.
