Has anyone joined money making websites? Are they Scams?
Yes, I'd say it's very likely that all "money making" websites are scams.

Well not really there are some that are really real also there are proof of transaction payment. I recommend Buxup here is the link you can use http://buxup.com/id/randy.Did you hear there selling this website for about $450.Also referrals are about 90 cents each

He just told you most are scams and you go ahead and tell people about one. Nice.
A good portion of the BYOND community tested this about a year ago. The scam site was HitCash or something like that.

It was your average spam site; you get people to click your referral link while they rake in the cash from the ad revenue. It was a brand new site so it seemed like a great oportunity to see if these things really worked.

Everyone was clicking each others links. They were friggin' everywhere! I myself got about three thousand hits, earning about $200. Mikau and a few others started abusing a trick and got a bazillion hits which would come out to several thousand dollars.

Nobody received a dime as far as I know.

The site can say you’ve received two thousand dollars, but that doesn’t matter until you actually receive the cash.
The only money making site I've ever received anything from is Valued Opinions, a UK based survey website. They only do vouchers (Amazon, HMV, Boots etc) but I've had about £30 worth of Amazon vouchers from them. They recently upped their cash out limit to £10 which means you have to do a lot of surveys to get anything (each one is maybe £3 max) but if you've got some spare time it's worth it.
