I've been thinking of making a cyber cafe/LAN gaming store (irl guys), and I've come up with a handful of potential names. If ya'll don't mind, I'd like to see which ones you like best.

1.Camper's Cafe
2.Hax Haven
3.Spawn Camp
4.War Tree Cafe (my last name is Kriegbaum, meaning war tree)
5.For the Win
6.PWN-Stars
7.Wall Hack Arena
8.Twenty-Sided Cafe (I'm an avid dnd player :])
9.Second Home
10.PK Paradise
11.KO Kafe

If ya'll have better selections, lemme know.
Those sound extremely generic and/or corny.

Try just Kriegbaum Cafe. It has a nice ring to it...

Well, in a way, they're kinda supposed to. Using something too far out/alien may confuse people as to what it really is.

That, and I may sound conceited to name it after myself >.>

Agreed.

With what? Kriegbaum Cafe?

People have been naming businesses after their family names for generations.

KreigBaum Cyber Cafe = No confusion as to what it is.

Wasn't trying to argue, just working the name out as much as possible.

With KodeNerd's whole post.

It wouldn't be conceited. It IS truly yours, after all, so you're free to name it after you. And regardless of the name you choose people could very much refer to it by "Kriegbaum's cafe" or as such anyway.
In response to Pakbaum
How do you pronounce Kriegbaum, anyways?
It wouldn't be conceited or any of that. It'd be okay if you went with that, especially if it's easy to pronounce, because everyone would always remember it.
But, yeah, I can't choose between that selection you gave us, or suggest anything better, so maybe your name is good? what would people have said if you never told us your name?

It's pronounced "creeg-bomb", for future reference. :)

I think it is "kreegbawm" phonetically.

Well, I'd say to go with it, but it's up to you. You may want to call it a synonym for cyber café, such as internet café or the like, to get people's attention quicker, and maybe not make people think you're running a virtual world or something inside your store. (People unfamiliar with the term.)
If I could select only from those, I would nominate "For The Win Café". As far as memes go, that one is starting to find use in regular conversation, is fun to say and hear, and isn't nearly as obnoxious as 4chanese like "lawlrus" or "copypasta".
The perfect name is:

Kriegbaum's World

(Variants include "kBaum's World", etc.)
Well, you want something that will be easy to promote and will stick in people's heads. None of those names really strike me as good marketing foundations. I don't think gamers need to associate your cafe with negative aspects of gaming like hacking and camping, few people know what PK means, and memes are passing fads that may do harm to your investment when they fall out of favor.

If you want to promote gaming or internet connectivity, choose something that doesn't make gamers want to puke.

Besides internet and gaming, what would your cafe offer that someone couldn't get at Starsucks? I mean, if all you're offering are computers and coffee, you're going to find it hard to attract customers. I know, my roommates and I are running a cyber cafe right now called Cafe Tazza. We're fortunate because the cafe has been around for years, we're justing keeping it going, so it's already well established. If we had to start from square one, we'd quickly lose our shirts due to the other popular cafes already in the area.

Opening an internet cafe isn't going to be easy. Keeping it going is going to be even harder. Even with the reputation of the cafe we run, we still find it hard to compete. Instead of dwelling on the name, you should focus on what will bring people in, and more importantly, what will motivate them to purchase. If you think just having an internet set up with some gaming machines will be enough, you're going to be in for a rude awakening.
How are you financing this venture?

Spawn Camp is good!

If I could finance projects with lulz I totally would. Until then, my current life plan will remain "work-electronics-retail-for-ten-years-then-hang-self-in-brea k-room"
