Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do. Be careful with who you deal with.

Next time don't give your graphics to people you can not trust.
We're sorry, but BYOND cannot be the arbiter of your own copyrights. You'll have to protect your property using the means at your disposal; BYOND is unable to do anything in this circumstance because BYOND has no title or power of attorney to the works you've created.

The means you have available to protect your property can include:

1) Not giving out icons, source code, or hosting files (.dmb, .rsc) to anyone you do not know or trust.

2) Not hiring developers you do not know or trust.

3) Establishing your property by registering a copyright with your local judiciary, bearing in mind that some things are considered too trivial for a legal body to protect. Though you retain copyright even without registering it, having a registered copyright makes it much easier to prove in civil court.

4) Posting on your free BYOND blog, warning others not to deal with anyone who betrays your trust.

In any case, complaints of this nature aren't for the BYOND forums as we have no means of protecting your work, and the BYOND Support team only rarely reads posts that are not bug reports.

Thanks for your concern, however!
