Vista Boot Manger

OK so I have dell inspiron 1525 running windows vista. So when i start it up i get a error saying


Windows Boot Manger

File: /Boot/BCD

Status: 0xc0000098

Info: The Windows Boot Configuration Data file does not contain a valid OS entry.


any help

You can try running the install disc and doing a repair.

When i run the CD it says load driver but theres like a lot of things to choose from i dont know.

Well, be careful if you don't know what your doing, you could end of formatting your hard drive and lose your data.

Are you sure you are using the install disc; does it load up and look like Vista? You might have the driver disc you use after you install Windows. I don't own a Dell with Vista so I can't be of much help here without seeing it.
