F.E.A.R.

Cavern	Hey, is there anyplace I can download the first F.E.A.R.? Such as a website that will allow me to buy and download the game? I went to a few game stores and they are no longer selling it. Neither is Steam. Any help would be appreciated.

Danial.Beta	The online multiplayer is free to download from the F.E.A.R website. If you want the single player, you might check GameTap or Direct2Drive.

Cavern	Yeah, I can't wait to play this game, I only hear good things about it. I really want to play the second one but I heard it takes place like 10 minutes after the first one, so I gotta' play the first one.

Cavern	Nah, I didn't get the expansion. It is over $20 if you do. I bought the original for $11. Why would I be disappointed? I could just buy F.E.A.R. 2 after I beat it. :)

I'm playing FEAR 2 right now. But now I'm wondering if I should go play the original before continuing :/

To be honest, other than not being able to remember any of my squad-mates' names, there doesn't seem to be much "inside" knowledge required from the first game. Although it might help explain how they were chosen... but then again it might be an entirely different set of characters.

Who do you play as? Are you the guy that, errr not to spoil, causes all of the problems in FEAR 2? Or are you the squad? Or security?
