Armada is top-down, same as it that list.

Right, I gave you a top-down perspective list because - at least when I was looking at Starfury earlier - it was listed as both 3rd Person and Top-down and I've already given you the third person lists. (Oddly enough, it's listed as first person right now.)

Well I checked that list, found only one similar game, but it doesn't feel like that one either

I wonder, could it be this game?

I'd have suggested it before but I didn't think you could buy ships, but this video comment suggests you can.
