Paying for up-to-date naruto icons

willing to pay $20 to $50 for Naruto icons: all the shippuden characters, jutsu's, beast, bloodline limits,ect.. and willing to give admin powers for whoever is the first and best to respond...time sensitive....

Go to pixel joint forums if you're looking for serious reliable pixel artists, to get all that done. But I recommend investing more into what you're looking to get because you're gonna need it. But it's worth every penny.

Sounds like he wants ripped icons (from a sprite sheet) more than original sets created by an artist. $50.00 is hardly enough for all the Shippuden characters, let alone everything else he mentioned.
