so i dont know how to talk (never shows or says anyway how to) and whenever i try to power up or fly or anythng like that i just walk up as if its ignoring when i push ctrl or shift

Login again and read the chat box. It tells you how to. Just press "Enter".

Also, to power up you need 50k Battle Power. Fly is 10k Ki and 30,000 Battle Power. There is a guide on this stuff in the game.
