Yeah, so I got Windows 7 but now I cannot dual boot.
I have attempted to install wubi, though wubi is installed I cannot dual boot onto it. Meaning it boots directly onto Windows 7. I have attempted putting Linux into my USB Memory Stick, but the same result occurs.
I know that this is a problem with Windows 7 as it only began to occur once I had actually installed windows 7.
Well, does anyone know a way to dual boot Ubuntu using Windows 7 then?
Thank You.

As much as I would love to do that, I cannot boot anything, including a cd, so I won't be able to get onto the Ubuntu Live CD, thanks for posting though.

You need to do 2 things: 1: To boot CDs, you change your boot priority in your bios. Right now it is set to hard drive first. (Large assumption here, but unlikely that there is another reason) 2: Win7 has a boot list somewhere and you have to add Ubuntu to that list. Not sure how, that article mentioned something about it. Google is your friend. |

Okay, I googled it and found somthing that might help, I haven't tested it yet, but it could help people:
- Right click My Computer - Click Properties - Advanced - Settings (Under Startup and Recovery) - Choose what OS you'd like to boot up as defualt |

If you do not want to set that OS to default and would just like to boot up the OS, you could use Space Bar, this was tested with a Ubuntu CD inside the computer, so if you have installed it inside window's it may not work. I am about to do that now, so I'll post an update.

It does not work if you have installed it into windows, the only way we can do it, is if we partition the drive beforehand. Or install it over.
