Any number of things could have happened. Because you can't remember the exact name, and the fact that there are plenty of Naruto (insert generic filler here) Vengeance games around, we can't exactly say. All likely hood it was removed from the Anime guild and or died because of some small drama or lack of effort put into it by the 'owner'.
