BESIDES getting a bunch of players to join, or logging on with a bunch of different keys. I thought there was a host tester demo in the resources, where it just spammed you, and recorded your highest CPU, but I can't find it.

If you have a good processor, plenty of ram and HDD space only your network connection should matter. Even then only the upload of your connection matters, and if its lower then 256kb/s then you might not be a good host.
