Why can't I become a member?

When i go to the become a member page, it doesn't say anywhere that anyone from UK/england can join.. whyyy is this??

of course anyone can join, you just need to look carefully at your options.

when you visit http://www.byond.com/members/?command=membership_info (from the 'Join Us' button on the left of most of the site) and click on the "Become a BYOND Member today" button, you are taken to a 'choose payment' screen. after selecting credit-card or paypal, the next screen gathers payment info from you.

in the case of credit-card payment, it is *that page* where you can enter in your address (select country first).

suddenly im a member and i didnt even do anything O_O
