This is the only time that I may agree with Falacy. That list is completely void of any real substance. Such content shouldn't a table be used for.

It's a Wiki. If the facts are wrong, fix it, or add additional content to it. There is a discussion on the talk page discussing that section. If you have an issue with it, contribute and help fix it.

I don't know anything about the games, only that that table is bad.

Because some of the developers from the original Fallout games were back on the team? There was probably a reason why the first 2 games weren't popular, I had never even heard of them until FO3, and from what I've seen of them they suck. Why they thought it would be a good idea to give them the game back...

I agree with NV being horrible, but not this statement. I loved Fallout 1 and 2, and they actually were fairly popular back in it's time(97).

"Fallout was named #4 on the list of top games of all time produced by PC Gamer in 2001. It was named #5 on the IGN list of the top 25 PC games of all time in 2007,[16] and #19 in 2009.[15] It also was awarded "RPG of the Year" by GameSpot, and has since been inducted into their "Greatest Games of All Time" list.[19] Fallout was named #55 on IGN's 2005 top 100 games of all time,[18] and #33 in 2007.[17]"

Just because you had not heard of it does not mean anything, I also had not heard of Call of Duty until Modern Warfare does that mean that was not popular lol?

Pretty much, though I had heard of, and played CoD games before MW, they were nothing great, and were actually more towards the crap side of things. CoD4 revolutionized the series, and FPS games in general for that matter. WaW did nothing for it, except bring it back down to the crap level that 3 offered. MW2 was a good improvement over 4, except that it had the most horrific "server" system ever conceived, and Black Ops has done, yet again, what WaW did. Anyone else see a pattern here? Also, I heard CoD2 was pretty great, but I don't think I've ever played the first two.

The point you seemed to have sidestepped entirely was that the world does not revolve around you, Falacy. Fallout was already quite popular before you had ever heard of it.

Wait. What? You should probably research stuff like this before making statements like this (And the one on Call of Duty).

See Fallout 1 under the 'Reception' area (RPG of the Year by GameSpot, #4 on the list of top games ever produced by PC Gamer in 2001, #5 on IGN's top 25 games ever made in 2007). Its also consistently scored very, very high marks with most all review magazines.

You can more or less repeat that list for Fallout 2.
