Okay atm I have Windows Vista, and people say that Vista Sucks, now if I want to upgrade to 7, Do I have to check my Hardrvie for all the requirements and if I meet them, should I get it?
In most cases Windows 7 will be faster than Windows Vista, so if you can run Vista, you'll be able to run Win7 too.

The biggest issue that I have noticed is that my laptop made it a pain to have drivers that run on windows 7. I would just check to see if their are drivers for all your hardware before upgrading(I mean for most major hardware there is, but it still annoys me about little things like not having the ability to turn of my touch pad etc.)
Make sure you back up EVERYTHING before you try to upgrade. I tried to upgrade to Windows 7 from Vista and it failed spectacularly on my Acer 9800 "laptop".
