There are a couple floating around BYOND.

You have ATP Host, but last I knew they were having some quality issues. Otherwise, I haven't seen any hosting advertising in a good while.

You can also do what I've seen some others doing and that is get a VPS. Some have suggested PhotonVPS</a. and MyHosting VPS. I'm going to say that these options are going to require some tech savvy, though.
