How do I make a guild?

How do I make a guild, yes I am a member, I did it once but forgot, can anyone help?

You can no longer make guilds. (Or in a sense everyone is a guild now)

Most of the functionality still exists, but it has been integrated further into personal spaces. People can become a fan of your blog to receive updates. Meanwhile, you can hand out rank abilities through the Manage Fans & Contributors option (found under the Manage Site menu).

Found that out and also you do get a guild, you automatically get one :D
