http://fileave.com

Better yet, http://mediafire.com

Dropbox is best choice. Uploading files is as easy as copying them into other folder, getting link can be done simply by right clicking the file. Supports file synchronization between multiple computers too.

I used fileave before. It has limited bandwidth which ran out very fast. I really strongly recommend to use Dropbox: http://www.byond.com/developer/forum?id=792488

could do is build a basic html find a places like mediafire were u can upload as many zips as u want and then put name of zip on ur site like
ZIP1 so when they go to your site they just click Zip 1 and downloads or get a free hosting site that supports ftp and upload the site and zips and use the same method of link but make it Zip1 there are tons of free hosting sites that allows unlimited space bandwidth and son on for free just gotta go there every month to show your still active and in this case u have all control what you want up or down at what time. |
PixelProspector recently posted The Big List Of Free File Hosters. Linking to it here saves me from mentioning alternatives to the member feature in my column. ;)

Setting up and getting used to dropbox requires a little more time and effort than the others like Fileave but I find it to be an extremely powerful file hosting tool. Just use the public folder.
My 2 cents. |
I've never created a dropbox account nor used it before last summer, and it was a very intuitive program to use.
