A stupid bug squeaked through testing, so this is a quick-fix release to take care of it. This release is Windows-only, since only Dream Seeker was affected.

More bug fixes, some for newer bugs and some for older ones. A nasty appearance leak in animate() has been with us for a while. There was a newer issue with output() to a control when using an operator override. The map editor misplacement is fixed. Other miscellany too, but there were some very important fixes in this release. |
513.1490 (Notes)
513 is finally here! The Unicode update is the biggest change in this massive new release, and it impacts a lot of things. Although 513 has been in private beta for a few weeks, no doubt a few issues will have been missed. As always please report any issues you find in the Beta Bugs forum, and use the FULL build number: e.g., 513.1490. Rendering also comes with many new enhancements, more than doubling the number of available filters and introducing the concept of render sources/targets that can be used for complex special effects. Several new procs have been added. And the DM reference has been updated for much nicer presentation and includes the skin reference directly. More fixes, including a massive redesign to filter references, and some more optimizations.
Filter code that relied on old buggy behavior (e.g., animations continuing after the filter was removed) will need to be updated.
