Descriptive Problem Summary:
Tested via 2 IRL friends, when trying to connect via the web client and using guest account it states that the ads are being blocked, even tho they don't have ad blocker. Both using Google Chrome. Afterwards the game doesn't even boot up.
I also have the same issue when using a guest account even tho ABP is disabled for BYOND.
It boots up normally when I log in tho.
Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
Use a guest account.

Can we have a link to the web client please? I can connect via Kozuma3 but not by my other account Necrofox, it keeps saying I'm blocking ads. http://www.byond.com/play/embed/173.25.93.7:444 |
Update, Ganite was able to connect via the web client since he doesn't load Ads, I believe this problem actually has to do with Ads.

Cache issue, Ad's blocked with Ad Blocker.
Failed to load resource: net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT Downloaded 84.1KB out of 118KB resources. |
Well actually I just tried and disabled ad blocker still got the problem weird indeed.

Without Ad Blocker

You also seem to be using an older version of BYOND, you might want to update that... @Kozuma3

I'm running Linux?
I'm not sure how you can say I'm running an older version of BYOND considering I'm using the web client? :P |
Logging in with a key works fine, probably due to being a member and having Ad's disabled.

I think me and Tom went over this before in a previous thread, and he gave me a month membership as a workaround, but then it ran out.
I'm not sure if it's the exact same issue. http://www.byond.com/ forum/?post=1670943&hla=FlameSage#comment11933254 |

Just validated that I can join on the same machine with the same Chromium settings on a key that has a membership. Failed to load resource: net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT |
I found an issue from a recent site change that explains this. The fix will go live soon.

I'm going to assume its the PORT being an issue, Chrome blocks some ports, see http://www.byond.com/forum/?post=1718352
