Another question... this time about colors

I mean text colors. I know the command is something like this: but whenever I do that, it turns the color to black. Am I doing the entire thing wrong, or is it just the color that's wrong?

If it's just the wrong color, please give me a list of colors.

Use 
<FONT COLOR=#000000>
where #000000 is replaced with the hex of the color you want. Most, or some at least, paint programs will give you some way to find the hex numbers for the color you are currently using.
