How can i make the text msg window different colors.

ok the ingame text box, how can i get it to change colors like featured in the game Lexiconomy. I tried something but it failed horribly so im not even going to bother posting it. But if u have any ideas please post them.

by the way if you need to know. The background color is AF9860 and the text is 76562A.
